Membership

On the basis of our by-laws, members of FETE may be individuals, organizations and institutes. All members, including associate members, belong to one of three chambers: the Chamber of Individual Members (CIM), composed of individual members; the Chamber of Existential Therapy Organizations (CETO), composed of Organizational members; and a Chamber of Training Institutes of Existential Therapy (CTIET) composed of Training institute members.

Any full individual member of an organization that is a member of FETE, or any graduate, in good standing, of an institute that is a member of FETE may also be an individual member or individual associate member of FETE, assuming that they also meet the requirements of individual membership.

Applications for membership should be made to the membership committee. All membership applications must be approved by simple majority of votes in the Board of FETE.  Appeals against the decision of the membership committee may be made to the Chair, who will set a panel of 3 trustees that will look at the appeal and report to the board. Their decision will be final.
